These performances, held before a combined audience of 40,000 people, raised over $1.5 million to support schoolchildren with special needs. These were John Lennon’s final and only full-length solo concerts after leaving The Beatles. Via Y&T Music: Y&T Music is proud to announce a limited-edition CD release of "Acoustic" a new album of rare home demos by Pete Ham, the original founding member of the legendary band, Badfinger. Ham was also part of The Iveys, when they were signed to Apple Records in 1968, before they changed their name to Badfinger. "Acoustic" is being released with the full support of the Ham Estate and is the first time that these historic recordings have been released to the public.
