Paul's camp today posted a Spotify playlist of songs on which he plays every instrument. It seems like this could be a tie-in to the heavily rumored McCartney III album, said to be due out Dec. 11 with an official release announcement coming soon.
Paul has been doing some recording on his own over the past few months of COVID lockdown and a www.mcartneyiii.com URL has been secured by CSC Corporate Domains, a firm that's handled past work for his projects. (There's nothing on there at the moment).
Given that Paul performed all the parts (minus some help from Linda on the first one) on his previous two McCartney LPs, reminding us now of songs that are entirely self-performed may be a signal that the rumored album is, indeed, on its way soon.
