Yorkshire's Black Dyke Mills Band released a single on the Beatles' Apple Records featuring the TV show instrumental, "Thingumybob," composed by Paul McCartney on the A side and a rendition of "Yellow Submarine" on the flip.
The recordings were produced by Paul, who later used the band on the tune "Love Awake" on Wings' Back to the Egg LP.
This short film focuses on the band's quest, and that of two other bands, to win the 1967 band championship.
