Beatles in Mono 14-LP Vinyl Box Available Once More

The Beatles in Mono box set, out of print or 10 years, is available for order once more via the official Beatles website . The box retails for $545 and is set to ship July 18. The Beatles in Mono: this is how most listeners first heard the group in the 1960s, when mono was the predominant audio format. Up until 1968, each Beatles album was given a unique mono and stereo mix, but the group always regarded the mono as primary. In an audiophile-minded undertaking, The Beatles' acclaimed mono albums were mastered in 2014 for vinyl from quarter-inch master tapes at Abbey Road Studios by GRAMMY®-winning engineer Sean Magee and GRAMMY®-winning mastering supervisor Steve Berkowitz. Ringo's Grand Ole Opry Performance to Air Saturday, June 14

Ringo Starr's debut performance at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry, taped Feb. 21, will air starting this Saturday beginning at 8 p.m. CT on Circle Country TV and the Opry's Facebook and YouTube pages. Ringo's three-song set includes "Time on My Hands" and "Act Naturally," both performed with Molly Tuttle, and "A Little Help from My Friends." 'Deconstructing the Beatles' Programs Airing on PBS Stations
