These performances, held before a combined audience of 40,000 people, raised over $1.5 million to support schoolchildren with special needs. These were John Lennon’s final and only full-length solo concerts after leaving The Beatles. Ham was also part of The Iveys, when they were signed to Apple Records in 1968, before they changed their name to Badfinger.
