Alan White, Drummer on John and George Solo Recordings, Dead at 72

Alan White, longtime drummer for Yes, has died at age 72. The Guardian has an obituary.

Beatles-wise, White played on John Lennon's "Instant Karma" single and on much of the Imagine album. He also appears on George Harrison's All Things Must Pass LP.
