"Happiness is Seeing the Beatles: Beatlemania in St. Louis" by Sara Schmidt (published by Bluebird Books) chronicles the story of the Beatles and Beatlemania in the Gateway City starting with George Harrison visit to see his sister in 1963 and ending with Ringo Starr's concert at the Fox Theater in 2014.
The main part of the book is about the Beatles' concert on August 21, 1966 at Busch Stadium. Over 60 fans and insiders were interviewed to get the complete and true story of the Beatles and the impact they made and continue to make in St. Louis.
